Where are you located / where do you ship from?
  • We are located and ship from San Diego, California.

 Do you ship internationally?

  •  Typically we can ship almost anywhere but due to Covid-19 related issues we have had to limit where we can currently ship. If you would like more information please contact us (Updated 9/16)

 I entered my address is wrong. Can you fix it?

  • We can adjust your shipping address as long as your package has not been shipped yet. If you would like to adjust your shipping address please contact us with your full name, order number, and the correct shipping address. 

If your order is shipped and you have entered your shipping address incorrectly you can contact USPS to intercept your package

If your package is returned back to us charges to reship your order will apply. Failure to pay these charges will result in us not reshipping your package and a restocking fee may apply.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

  • All orders will typically go out within 7-10 business days with the exception of orders placed on release dates.

If you are placing an order on a release date or major holiday orders may take up to 14-21 business days to ship due to high volume around these times.

My tracking number says "pre-shipment" what does this mean?

  •  This means we are still busy packing your order. Once your order is dropped off with USPS your tracking number will begin to update within 24-48 hours. Typically we ship things out in batches which can result in a tracking number saying "Pre-shipment" for several days. 

How long do pre-orders take?

  • Pre-orders can take anywhere from 6-8 weeks to begin shipping from your order date. From time to time things have delays and may take a few extra weeks to produce. 

Can I cancel my order?

  • Some* unshipped orders may be canceled within 48 hours of being placed. If your order has already been shipped within that 48 hour period we are unable to cancel your order. *Preorders cannot be canceled.

Do you accept exchanges or returns?

  • All sales are final. At this time we do not accept any returns or exchanges. Please refer to our size charts for information on how our apparel fits. If you have any other questions regarding our products please feel free to contact us before placing your order.

I received a damaged item!

  •  We do our best to screen and quality check all of our products before they are shipped but sadly, we are human. If you have received a damaged item please contact us with your order number and photos and we will send out a replacement as soon as possible. 

If i'm outside of the USA will I have to pay a customs charge?

  •  It depends on where you are located. By law we are required to value our items correctly and you are responsible to pay any duties collected by your local government.
